Garlic is one of my favorite additions to food. So I end up adding it in EVERYTHING for savory dishes. Lemon, though, is a different story. I rarely use the acidic counterpart in my recipes.
But, what you don't normally use sometimes make you long for it. So, in this dish I use a blend of lemon garlic salt and Mr. Dash seasoning.
For my pals that need to reduce their salt intake or just wish to monitor their intake. Mr. Dash must be there in your kitchen. I frequently find it in the spice aisle at WinCo or Nugget. They feature a selection of chicken, fish, and meat blends. To season the tilapia in this recipe, I use a fish and chicken combination.
This very simple recipe calls for at least 4 fillets. I use a Ninja AG301 Foodi 5-in-1.
Ingredients
NUGGET
Tilapia fillet
1 Tsp Paprika
2 Tsp Olive oil
1 Tsp Honey
1 Tsp Lemon Salt
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Mr. Dash Seasoning blend
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Seasoning
In a medium bowl with your fish add and mix:
Air Fry
Add fillets to the basket of air fryer and cook at 4oo for 8-11 minutes max. The longer you cook it for, the crispier it'll be
You can pair this with rice and top with a little parsley
