On those rare times, my family ordered pizza I always took a look at the chicken options. Casually gravitating towards wanting to order the bbq chicken and white sauce pizzas. But here, we can make it ourselves, with just more love and less sugar and oil.

Particularly in this summery season, I adore this pizza. After getting it cooked up, my family and I sat in our backyard to enjoy the pleasant sunshine. Of course, before it reached 95 or higher.

I make this in my kitchen oven. It's a bit of an older model and still did the job. Let's Start Makin'

Bbq Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients

WINCO

1/2 Onion diced

1/2 Tomato diced

1 Tbs Tomato ricotta pesto

1/2 Cup Spinach chopped

 1 Cup Prego Alfredo Sauce

Mama Mary's 12'' Pizza crust

1 Cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

HOW TO MAKE THIS CHICKEN PIZZA

Pre heat oven to 425

Chicken

1. Using chicken breast. Dice them into cubes smaller than 1/2 inch so they're small enough to eat on pizza.

2. In a bowl add then mix:

  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 tbs of bbq sauce
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • 1 tsp of bouillon

Add olive oil to medium heat pan and cook chicken till tender.

Place in bowl after cooked and set aside.

Alfredo Sauce

3. Open Prego roasted garlic parmesan sauce and add 1 cup into a bowl followed by:

  • 1 tsp of garlic minced
  • 1 pinch of bouillon
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbs of tomato and ricotta pesto

As they say in chemistry, amalgamate!

Assembling

4. Open pre made pizza crust and place onto pizza pan or oven safe pan that is big enough for 12'' crust.

Add sauce to the base of pizza crust till properly coated on crust.

5. Wash:

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 Onion

Cut the tomato and onion in half, using only one have for pizza. Dice,   then chop the spinach and place the three aside to be used soon.

6. Get one cup of shredded mozzarella and sprinkle evenly onto pizza, after top with the cooked chicken we made earlier. Finally, add the onions, spinach, tomato and bake for 13 minutes in our preheated oven

7. Garnish with basil and slice into pizza cuts

ENJOY!
