Sandwich's can be paired up in almost any style. This is particularly why I enjoy making them so much. For breakfast, I love whipping up some of my favorite savory or even sweet ingredients together to start my day.
This sandwich does not call for much, but is amazingly good. With a delicious cheese pull and my preferable sunny side up egg. I fell in love with the breakfast sandwich.

Ingredients
WALMART
Egg
Avocado
Ciabatta roll
Aidelles Cajun Sausage
Jack cheddar cheese sliced
Prep
Toast ciabatta rolls for 2-5 minutes till slightly crisp.
Ingredients
1. Take one sausage and slice it right down the middle cutting it in half. Cook both halves on a medium heat pan for 6 minutes.
Note: Sausages should be golden brown
2. Add 2 tsp of olive oil to the same pan and crack two eggs - sprinkle some salt and pepper for taste. Cook eggs till solidified except the yoke for sunny-side up. While still on the stove, add a slice of jack cheddar on top of the egg.
This will allow the cheese to slightly melt while on top of the egg.
Assemble
3. Get ciabatta roll and lather in mayo and sauces for taste - I use sriracha.
Place the egg on the bottom roll, along with the sausages and thinly sliced avocado.
ENJOY!
