This quick and easy mini burger dish has really impressed me. I recall getting some pizza dough one day after zoom school (which I sorta miss..) since I wasn't feeling like making dough that day.
I made this bomb after preparing some well-seasoned ground beef.
To bake this, I use my Ninja AG301 Foodi 5-in-1. Ground turkey is also a good meat choice and can be obtained at Winco.
This recipe calls for 5 hamburger minis.

Ingredients
WINCO
1 Egg
Pizza dough
227 g Ground beef
1 Cup Mozzarella shredded
Pre-heat air fryer 375 ºF
Cook Meat
1. Using ground beef add:
Combine with beef. Then, cook in a medium pan at high heat till brown. When done set aside for later use
Note: You do not need to oil pan because of natural fats the ground beef already has.
Fixing dough
2. Cut the dough in half and save the rest for a later time.
Using a baking mat or chop board, roll the dough into a small cylinder shape and cut into 2-inch cuts. It should be enough to make a flattened circle the size of your fist
Note: Add a little flour to the baking mat to prevent dough from sticking to the hands
Shaping
3. Taking the 2-inch dough pieces. Use your hands to make them circles. Flatten in with a palm and use a roller to make a circle. It should be big enough to be filled with ingredients and sealed.
Use fist for size reference.
Assemble
4. With the flattened circle pieces of dough, use 1-2 tsp amount of both shredded mozzarella and ground beef into the center of the dough. Sealing into a ball.
Tip: Wet your hands with a little water to manipulate the dough and prevent sticking.
Bake
5. Make the egg wash by beating one egg in a small bowl
and 1/2 tsp of garlic salt. You can also use melted butter.
Brush this over the top of the buns before baking, and place into air fryer basket and bake for 8 minutes
ENJOY!
